Terms & Conditions

• Devotion Arts or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Devotion Arts reserve the right to remove from our classes without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
• If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, *Your club* will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. 
• students must arrive on time for their session with hair neatly tied back and suitable clothing for their class , plain black preferred if you do not wish to purchase uniform.
• We do not make uniform compulsory but we do ask that you purchase a School T-shirt these are just £12.50 and we feel make your child feel part of a club. * not needed for commercial or ballet.
